Hey everyone,
So I don't really finish things very often, but as I'm on a spending ban I have spent all my efforts trying to use up old products! I have nine empties all together, which I am very proud of ( sad I know)....
Will repurchase....
Garnier Body Lotion;
I have had this for a large amount of time, I always forget to moisturize so I only end up moisturising about once a month so I am proud of myself that I have used it up. I love this moisturizer and it is usually on offer. I have had this for about a year and the smell makes me think of going on holiday. Also it sinks in really quickly and makes my skin feel really fresh&smooth.
Sanctuary Luxury Bath Float;
This makes your whole bathroom smell amazing! Also the bubbles feel really nice and fills your whole bath up with bubbles!
Sanctuary Body Scrub;
I love this scrub, it has the typical Sanctuary scent and really exfoliates your skin but isn't as scrub-ish as the Soap&Glory ones!(:
Might repurchase...
MUA Pressed Powder;
This face powder is really inexpensive at £1. I already have another one of these as it hit pan a long time ago, and then I started using Rimmel Stay Matte powder instead. This feels really soft, but if you use a lot of powder I wouldn't recommend it as it can feel heavy on your face (if you use a lot)
LUSH Popcorn Lip Scrub;
I love the Lush lipscrubs but as they are about £4-£5 (Don't quote me on that) I don't really buy them that often as I just end up getting through them in about a week as it is so yummy! This makes your lips feel smooth, and as it is Lush it is all natural.
Ted Baker Butterfly Body Spray (50ml);
This is my second bottle of this stuff. I normally get the 50ml so I can just chuck it in my blazer or bag or just traveling. I won't be buying this right now as I have body sprays to use up, but this is a really nice scent great for summer or winter!
Won't repurchase...
Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly Conditioning Mask;
This is cheap and would probably work if you have fine hair, but as I have thick, bleached hair it just doesn't really work for me.
Body Shop Body Butter (Coconut);
This one has got to be controversial as I have seen a lot of good reviews on these. When I bought this I really liked the coconut scent, but recently I just don't like it anymore. Also the body butter is a bit too thick and takes forever to sink in. That is just me though, I would check out over reviews if your thinking of buying this as a lot of people love it.
Anatomicals "Don't just clean it woman scrub it" body scrub;
The only reason I won't buy it again is the smell, I hate grapefruit. The scrub itself is a gel with scrub particals in but it actually works. Also this is really cheap so if you want to try it and like the grapefruit scent (it isn't overpowering) I would give it a go!
So that is it for my January empties, did you use anything up in January?

The main reason is that I am on a spending ban!(:
DeleteI have a few different types of those Garnier moisturisers, I love them but I'm the same - I always forget to moisturise! I need to take a leaf out of your book and get on a bit of a mission, after Christmas I now have a HUGE body butter stash to get through.
ReplyDeleteIt has really helped me to forget about my spending ban too!(:
DeleteI love the Garnier Body Lotions, they are amazing. I really like the scent range too.
ReplyDeleteAngelica/BurningBlonde
I really like them!(:
DeleteI've heard such good things about the garnier body lotions, really need to try one. I like the body shop butters but I never use them as they do take ages to sink in and I can't be bothered with it :(
ReplyDeleteI love the Lush lip scrubs as well! I've just recently purchased the popcorn one but really want to try the bubblegum one too, they had sold out last time I went in :(
